New Jersey is also ranked in the top 10 nationally for such items as blueberries, peaches, bell peppers, squash, tomatoes, and cranberries. YUM! That abundance of fresh produce is all thanks to our 10,300+ Garden State farms cultivating over 730,000 acres of farmland. Produce that is certified “Jersey Fresh” means that it is grown locally, picked/harvested at its peak, and brought to you with farm-to-fork speed.

Our Executive Chef will show you how fast and easy it is to serve up ultra-healthy, ultra-delicious Jersey Fresh fruits and vegetables at every meal.
