3/18 # 6: “Officer Down” The theme is Restorative Justice where the offender has an opportunity to face his or her victim and take responsibility for the crime in a face-to-face meeting with a facilitator. A sheriff in Bakersfield, California meets with the man who shot him, leaving him to die.
3/25 #7: “Left for Dead” Joshua Johnson has suffered with PTSD for 2 decades after being shot by a friend who left him to die. They finally meet in person.
