INSPIRING WELLNESS!

At Lions Gate, we look at wellness from a different perspective. We feel that wellness is so much more than fitness programs and activities… it’s a way of life. Our entire community – our active lifestyle, dining venues, services and amenities – are all designed to help residents live their dreams, achieve their goals and live well – really well.

We embrace wellness in every aspect of community life as well as in the services and programs we offer, whether you’re an Independent Living or Assisted Living resident or require one of our Healthcare Services.

We believe wellness means having access to a lifestyle that strengthens and enhances the mind, body and spirit. Wellness involves the whole human experience, encompassing the primary aspects of a healthy lifestyle: emotional, intellectual, physical, social, spiritual and vocational.

We have a full-time wellness nurse on site who is dedicated to the health and overall well-being of our residents. We provide individualized assessments and ongoing programs and seminars that support holistic wellness. Our fitness facility features equipment, trainers and programs specific to the individual requirements of seniors.

Person-centered care, wellness, prevention and early intervention are a focus for all of our residents, no matter where they reside in our continuum of care.
