In September we will wrap up our class on “Poets and their Poetry.” If time allows, we will begin with a
reprisal by public request, “The Private Lives of the Presidents.” Know who the first president was? WRONG!
Whose nicknames were “Sage of Montpelier?” “Gloomy Gus?” Sleeping Beauty?” Anyone bringing in a question that stumps the teacher, gets a prize.
