Thursday – Ethics in Modern Life

7/11 & 7/25 @ 11:00 AM/MR

Hosted by: Sarah Rosenson

In each of these sessions we will discuss a different ethical issue that has strong arguments on both sides. Our issues will be drawn from a wide range of sources and will cover a wide variety of topics but will always foster lively discussion.

7/11 we will talk about ways the structure of our government makes our democracy less representative than it should be, taking a good hard look at both the Senate and House of Representatives.

7/25 we will discuss whether the Audubon Society, along with streets, schools and other institutions, should change their names because they are named after people who owned slaves.  Come join the conversation and share your views!
